1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Verity AI Ltd ("ParadoxSEO", "we", "our", or "us") governing your access to and use of the ParadoxSEO platform at paradoxseo.com.

By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

ParadoxSEO is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides automated SEO audits, scoring, and reporting based on our proprietary 301-aspect framework. Our service analyses publicly available data about domains you submit and provides structured assessments and recommendations.

3. Account Registration

To use ParadoxSEO, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your account information
  • Keep your password secure and confidential
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Submit domains you do not have authority to analyse (unless using publicly available data)
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
  • Resell or redistribute the service without our written permission
  • Use automated systems to access the service beyond normal API usage
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Subscriptions and Payment

5.1 Subscription Plans

ParadoxSEO offers various subscription plans with different features and audit limits. Current pricing is available at paradoxseo.com/pricing. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

5.2 Payment

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All fees are quoted and charged in USD unless otherwise stated.

5.3 Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, if you are unsatisfied with our service within the first 14 days of a new subscription, contact us for a full refund.

5.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our IP

ParadoxSEO, including our 301-aspect framework, scoring methodology, dashboard designs, and all associated intellectual property, are owned by Verity AI Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service during your subscription.

6.2 Your Data

You retain ownership of any data you submit to the service. You grant us a license to use this data solely to provide and improve our services.

6.3 Audit Reports

Audit reports generated by ParadoxSEO may be used, shared, and distributed by you for your business purposes. Agency and Enterprise plans include white-labeling rights as specified in your plan.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not warrant that:

  • The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Audit results will achieve any particular SEO outcome
  • Third-party data sources will always be available or accurate
  • The service will meet your specific requirements

SEO audits and recommendations are informational only and should not be considered professional advice. Results may vary based on implementation and market conditions.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VERITY AI LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Verity AI Ltd and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, except where prohibited by applicable law.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
